Sameday / Express Road Services
Charged at a rate per loaded mile on the fastest prevailing route between the collection point and the delivery point, according to the following load categories:
- Small Van – up to 1 Pallet space (up to 2 Euro) / up to 3m3 volumetric load space / up to 500kg. Maximum Dimensions L 1.4m x W 1.2m x H 1.2m.
- SWB Van – up to 2 Standard Pallet spaces (3 Euro) / up to 6m3 volumetric load space / up to 900kg. Maximum Dimensions L 2.4m x W 1.2m x H 1.2m.
- MWB Van - up to 3 Standard Pallet Spaces (3 Euro) / up to 1200kg. Maximum Dimensions L 3m x W 1.2m x H 1.2m
- LWB Van - up to 4 Standard Pallet Spaces (4 Euro) / up to 1500kg. Maximum Dimensions L 4m x W 1.2m x H 1.8m.
- Outsize Cargo - by special arrangement.
- ADR (Dangerous Goods) - by special arrangement, up to the Small Load thresholds (as per current ADR Regulations). Consignor must provide relevant documentation showing details of the Dangerous Goods, at or prior to collection.

Surcharges / Minimum Call-out Charges
Deliveries within the Central London Congestion Charging Zone are
subject to a £25 Surcharge. Deliveries within the zone bounded by the North Circular (A406) and South Circular (A205), outside of the CC zone, are
subject to a £15 surcharge. A surcharge may
apply to collections outside our Usual Collection Area - please see our Terms and Conditions below - this is not always applied and is always included in the initial quote. Incidentals such as bridge and motorway tolls, ferries etc, are
rechargable to the customer at the same cost as incurred. Waiting time to collect/deliver in excess of 15 minutes may
attract a surcharge of £8/hour, or part of, pro-rata. Quotes (including surcharges already apparent) to be agreed between the customer and Airspeed Express before commencement of services. Minimum Call-out Charges: Small Van: £30 / SWB: £35 / MWB £40 / LWB £45. The above rates/surcharges are exclusive of VAT.
